Refund Policy

We want you to be happy. If for any reason we deliver a service or product that has not met your expectations, please contact us and we will be happy to investigate the situation further and resolve any issues.

Amendments to Pricing

All prices shown on our website and all our food delivery platforms include PB1 (where applicable) at the current prices. With the nature of fresh produce and seasonal price fluctuations, currency fluctuations and fuel prices, changes are frequent and unpredictable therefore we may have to adjust our pricing to reflect cost changes on our operations side.

Where an item is unavailable, Sistergreens will contact you regarding the substitution of products, an alternative will be supplied.

Delivery

All juice orders will be delivered in chilled condition and must be refrigerated upon arrival. Please understand that all GrabFood, GoFood and ShopeeFood drivers are advised to never leave juice unattended. They will attempt to contact you on the telephone number you provided and it is your responsibility to ensure you are available at that number.

You are responsible to inspect your delivery when you receive it. If there are any defects, you may notify us using the contact details on our website. If you do not let us know within 24 hours of delivery, we reserve the right not to refund or replace your purchase. More information are detailed in FAQ.

Health

We always recommend that you should seek medical advice before starting any self-customized detox cleanse program to determine health risks and suitability. If you are taking specific medication or have a medical condition please consult with your doctor first.

Sistergreens does not aim, nor claim, to cure, diagnose or treat any illness. While the website and other information that we may send provides general information on health and nutrition this does not in any way constitute medical advice and is not tailored to your specific requirements.
