All our juices have a maximum of 7 days of shelf life if kept in the refrigerator at optimum temperature 4”C. Remember to keep refrigerated and refer to the expiration date on each bottle. All our juices are delivered in chilled condition. More information detailed in Terms & Conditions.

Natural settling and separation is normal as all our products do not contain any artificial flavours, colours or preservatives. Be sure to give your juice a good shake before drinking!

You can place your orders through GrabFood, GoFood, Tokopedia or ShopeeFood.
We are also available in all KemChicks supermarkets.

We accept bulk order purchases and we also provide customized corporate events orders. Currently our Whatsapp line is only available for bulk purchases only. You may directly inquire by sending an email to hello@sistergreens.co or chat us at 0812-8735-4558.

At the moment we provide à la carte menu. However, all our juices can be self-customized into a juice program by purchasing 6 bottles of our juices and drinking them at 2-hour intervals

Yes. All our juices work best as a supplement to your existing diet. Each 500ml contains ½ kg of fruits and vegetables.

All our juices and infusions are safe for GERD or maag. We still recommend that you consult with your doctor prior to consuming any foods or beverages that you are not sure about.

All our juices are fresh-pressed daily using 100% finest and premium ingredients which have been carefully selected from local farmers.

We kindly ask that you inspect your package as soon as you receive them. If there are any faults or missing items, please inform us by email or DM using the contact details on our website. If you do not let us know by email within 24 hours of delivery, we reserve the right not to refund or replace your purchase.

Alternatively, we advise you to contact GrabFood and GoFood Help Center for refunds for any missing or wrong items purchased through GrabFood and GoFood respectively. For Tokopedia orders, kindly chat us for fast response.
